A one-day symposium on delay equations was organized in Utrecht in February 2019 by Odo Diekmann, Stephan van Gils, Yuri Kuznetsov and Sjoerd Verduyn Lunel. Among the participants there was consensus that it would be a good idea to have an informal regional meeting about delay equations more regularly, say, twice a year.

The second delay day was held in Hasselt on Friday 11 October 2019. It was organized by Maikel Bosschaert (Hasselt), Sebastiaan Janssens (Utrecht) and Peter de Maesschalck (Hasselt).

On October 1st and 2nd, 2020 we will have the third installment of the delay days. Due to current circumstances, the workshop will be held online.
